I was one of the first employees of the newly established Quality Control Department to ensure the Quality Control of the communication between customers and Investment Advisors at YAKIROX, which provides Investment Consultancy services to the customers of international investment companies that allow users to invest and monitor their investments through the purchase and sale of a wide variety of Virtual Assets.

In this company where only foreign customers are served, we were listening to the retrospective conversations between our Customer Representatives and Customers by following up whether there was any dialogue and discourse of our Customer Representatives outside the framework of the rules. And if there was any, then we were creating reports and sending them to the relevant places via e-mail.

Acar Airport Hotel
(Hotel Management)

In this hotel where I worked as a manager, the responsibilities I felt on me and the work I put into action accordingly were more than the responsibilities given to me.

In this context,

Within the scope of Market Research, Content Production and Management,

I had tasks such as

• Registering the hotel to Turkish and Foreign Reservation channels by conducting market research,

• At the stage of opening the hotel rooms for sale on these channels, if the hotel is deficient in visual data such as Photographs and Videos, in order to eliminate these deficiencies, taking photos and videos, editing them in the computer environment, adding appropriate content articles and presenting the rooms ready for sale on the channels,

• Creating various campaigns by changing the price policies on the management panels of these channels according to the customer density...

Through the Visual Basic software language by Excel, I have coded various software that will facilitate Business Management and save time.

As example to these software, I have developed:

• A computer application that displays the change that occurs by providing the user with the opportunity to change the current exchange rate information on a numerical or percentage basis in order to prevent financial errors and maintain the profit balance in transactions made with the customer through different currencies,

• Two different applications in order to keep Daily, Weekly or Monthly Income-Expense information, and to follow up and manage the long-term debt of the company,

• In cases where the payment will be made by the pos device, according to the selected VAT rates;

  To be independent of tools that calculate from the Internet, i have developed an application for

  • Calculating the VAT included amount from the VAT excluded price and Displaying the VAT Amount,

  • Calculating the VAT excluding price from the VAT included amount and Displaying the VAT Amount

• Also, I was coding a "Reservation Tracking and Management" application that I stopped because I had to leave my job due to military service. I was planning to include many features in it, but when I came from the military, I stopped wasting time on it after I saw that even the simplest hotels have switched to official software with monthly payments. But the software i have coded can still function at a basic level, even in its current state.

Within the Scope of Service Development and Customer Satisfaction:

First of all, I performed the following operations in the rooms to inform the customers in the rooms:

• In order for foreign customers can find relevant TV channel content according to their language and interests, creating guides showing how to switch between satellite and channel categories with the remote, and guides showing Wi-Fi information,

• Room User Manuals, which include information on general room rules and additional information to inform the customer, as well as guides on how to use various electronic devices in the rooms without damaging them,

Then I thought that the customers in the rooms should also be able to inform us so that we can provide better service, and in addition, I brought the following innovation:

• In addition, by presenting the idea to the authorized persons to place "Request, Suggestion and Complaint Boxes" in to the rooms with designs that will not disrupt the room own design, I ensured to halve the negative reviews of the customers which are likely to be written on online platforms. And then I ensured that the relevant problems for the rooms mentioned by customers in the boxes would not reoccur permanently anymore by interfering early into the relevant room before next customer. Thanks to the suggestions left in these boxes by some customers, I have created a way to have new ideas that will increase the service quality, and in this direction, I have enabled us to know in which aspects we need to improve the service quality in the rooms and general of hotel.

CNR Airport Hotel
(Reception)

My first acquaintance with the hospitality sector took place when I started working as a Receptionist at this newly opened hotel.

The works that I performed during the time I worked were

Channel Tracking and Management, Related Overseas Calls

• Carrying out the management of various reservation channels and performing the tracking of reservations made by Turkish and Foreign customers through these channels,

• In the face of any problems experienced against our hotel in these Reservation channels, providing the solution of the problem by calling or sending mail to the headquarter of these channels in Turkey or Abroad,

• Keeping the daily customer capacity stable according to the number of rooms by instantly closing or opening active rooms from reservation channels according to the occupancy rate during the day,

• In order to ensure this, if necessary, making Domestic and international calls to confirm whether the reservation holder will come or not...

Cooperation and Customer Resources

• By staying in cooperation with Airport Agencies, Taxi Drivers and Other Hotels in a way that will provide mutual benefits when necessary, increasing the resources that can bring customers.

• If our rooms are full for our surprise guests who come without reservation, in order for them not to be victims, if other hotels we have contracted have availability, to direct our guests to those hotels...

Informing the Customer and Manager

• Informing Turkish and foreign customers who want to receive information through various communication channels about anything,

• Following up the questions and reviews of Turkish and Foreign customers via Online Platforms and to respond to them quickly,

• Performing many other tasks, such as creating daily reports of unusual situations and transmitting these reports to the relevant higher unit...

Advertising and Social Media

• A few days later after starting this newly opened hotel, I took photos of the hotel itself and its rooms and led it to be promoted with interesting visuals on Booking channels and attract customers.

• I have created advertising content through Graphic and Video Design applications by indicating the services offered by the Hotel and published them on the hotel's social platforms such as Facebook, Youtube and Instagram and Booking sites.

• I have recreated the materials that were prepared before, such as the hotel's "Logo, Business Card, Brochure", but no longer have their digital form, by making them a little better in a computer environment, as I thought it would be necessary to use them again.

Teleperformance Call Center
(Customer Representative)

I was working as Inbound and Outbound customer representative under TELEPERFORMANCE, which is an international call center for various institutional brands and for the customers of the BERSHKA brand belonging to INDITEX, a Spain-based textile company. And in this context, in line with the calls we receive from the customers, I was helping the customers on any subject such as their requests, problems, complaints by accessing the their data with two different CRM applications where the records of the customers are kept.

Although rare, In addition to Turkish customers, I was also answering the calls of foreign customers in Turkey on English language because of they can't speak Turkish.

After each call we received from each customer, I was also responsible for creating a report on the computer by explaining on English text about what we talked with the customer, then transferring it to the head office of INDITEX company in Spain and contacting the authorities there in writing or by calling when necessary.

Apart from these, in the moments we did not receive any call, I was also responsible on answering the e-mails from the customers, which were written in Turkish or English.

I can summarize the definition of this work on this way that I have done, except for the other detailed parts.

Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey
(Volunteer Instructor)

When I was in my last year of university, I gave ENGLISH training to children at their own level, completely voluntarily (without any charge) under the title of "Post-School Education" at TEGV (Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey).

In addition, I have also given training in the field of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES, another area where I show my proficiency, in cases where the volunteer teachers were partially insufficient on that field.

It was my high school internship. Although I studied in a department on software in high school, because of the limited job opportunities in the software sector in my country at that time, I found this job, which concerns the Graphic Design sector, which has an impact on software sector as an auxiliary field. This job gave me a lot of experience in terms of introduction to "Graphic Design" applications including vector drawings and experience in "Adobe Illustrator" application.

In the workplaces where I work in different sectors, I still apply my these experiences at least as Mobile Photography if necessary even if it has passed for a long time. If you examine my Hotel Management experiences covering the years 2019 - 2020, you will see the works I have done in the fields of Advertising and Design, including Photo Shoots on behalf of Hotels.

Studyo Hayal

My advanced mastery of Photoshop was with this company I worked for. As the Position I was working in, all kinds of Photo Editing works were under my responsibility. Although I was only in charge of photo editing, I sometimes participated in Studio Photography shoots, specially went to product shoots to prepare catalogs and, when necessary, took the shots personally and prepared catalogs from product photos.

In the workplaces where I work in different sectors, I still apply my these experiences at least as Mobile Photography if necessary even if it has passed for a long time.
